This page explains how to delete your account in Bottari — Multiplayer AI, the app published by Open Rhapsody, Inc. on Google Play and the App Store, and what happens to your data when you do.

How to delete your account

In the app (fastest). On Android or iPhone: tap your photo, then Settings → Account → Delete account. On desktop: Settings → Account → Delete account. Before you confirm, the app shows what will happen to each of your teams.
By email, without the app. Email hello@bottari.ai with the subject "Delete my Bottari account", from the email address you sign in with. We confirm the request came from that address and complete the deletion. If you signed in with Apple's Hide My Email, we can't match your address by email — please delete from inside the app.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. There is no grace period; signing in again later with the same email address creates a new, empty account.

What is deleted

Your profile: name, email address, photo, job title, time zone, status and last sign-in.
Your Google, GitHub and Apple sign-in links, sessions, device records and push notification tokens. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke Bottari's access in your Apple account.
Your personal settings, favourites, drafts, read state and page view history.
Data sources you personally connected (for example Google Analytics, Google Ads or Notion): access is revoked at the provider and imported records are deleted.
Web publishing of pages you published is turned off. Your private databases are moved to Trash.

What is kept

Team content, without your name. Messages, documents, comments and AI session records you left in a shared team workspace belong to that team and stay there, shown as from a "Deleted account". Delete them yourself before deleting your account, or ask your team administrator.
Security records. The team audit log keeps its records with your name removed, for security purposes, and deletes them after 12 months. Account-level audit entries have their IP address, user agent and device removed immediately.

Teams you own

If you were the only member of a team, the team is deleted and its content is permanently erased within 30 days.
If other members remain and you are the only owner, ownership passes to the member who joined earliest. The app shows who before you confirm, and you can make someone else owner first.

How long it takes

Account and personal data: immediately.
Content of teams where you were the only member: within 30 days.
Backups: deleted information disappears from backups within 30 days.

보따리 계정 삭제 (한국어)

Open Rhapsody, Inc.가 Google Play와 App Store에 게시한 Bottari — 멀티플레이어 AI(보따리)의 계정을 삭제하는 방법과 삭제 시 데이터 처리를 안내합니다.

삭제하는 방법

앱 안에서(가장 빠름). Android·iPhone: 내 사진 → 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제. 데스크톱: 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제. 확인 전에 팀별로 어떻게 되는지 보여 줍니다.
앱 없이 메일로. 로그인에 쓰는 이메일 주소로 hello@bottari.ai 에 「보따리 계정 삭제」를 보내 주세요. 그 주소에서 온 요청인지 확인한 뒤 삭제합니다. Apple 로그인에서 이메일 가리기를 선택했다면 메일로는 계정을 찾을 수 없으니 앱 안에서 삭제해 주세요.

삭제는 즉시 처리되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 유예 기간이 없고, 같은 이메일로 다시 가입하면 새 계정이 만들어집니다.

삭제되는 것

프로필: 이름, 이메일 주소, 사진, 직함, 시간대, 상태 메시지, 최종 로그인 일시
Google·GitHub·Apple 로그인 연동, 로그인 세션, 기기 정보, 푸시 알림 토큰(Apple 로그인은 Apple 계정의 연동 해지도 요청합니다)
개인 설정, 즐겨찾기, 임시 저장 글, 읽음 상태, 페이지 조회 기록
직접 연결한 외부 소스(예: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Notion)의 권한 해지 및 가져온 기록
내가 웹에 공개한 페이지의 공개 상태(해제) · 개인 데이터베이스는 휴지통으로 이동

남는 것

팀 콘텐츠(작성자 정보 제거): 팀 공유 공간에 남긴 메시지·문서·댓글·세션 기록은 팀에 귀속되어 남고 「삭제된 계정」으로 표시됩니다. 삭제 전에 직접 지우거나 팀 관리자에게 요청할 수 있습니다.
보안 기록: 팀 감사 기록은 보안 목적으로 이름을 지운 채 남고 12개월이 지나면 삭제됩니다. 계정 단위 감사 기록의 아이피 주소·User-Agent·기기 식별자는 즉시 삭제합니다.

내가 소유한 팀

나 혼자였던 팀은 삭제되고 콘텐츠는 30일 이내에 완전 삭제됩니다.
다른 구성원이 있는 팀의 유일한 소유자라면 소유권이 가장 먼저 합류한 구성원에게 넘어갑니다(확인 화면에 표시 · 삭제 전에 직접 지정 가능).
